You certify that you are an authorized user and agree to allow BAYSANET LLC to charge your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account (depending on the method chosen) for payment of this product or service in your cart. Payment can be one-time or recurring, depending on the product or service you have selected. If this payment is for a recurring subscription service, you authorize regularly scheduled charges to your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account as indicated for each billing period. You agree that no prior-notification will be provided unless the date or amount changes, in which case you will receive notice from us at least 10 days prior to the payment being collected. You understand that this authorization will remain in effect until you cancel it in writing, and you agree to notify BAYSANET LLC in writing of any changes in your account information or termination of this authorization at least 15 days prior to the next billing date. You agree that all sales are final, and you will not dispute these transactions so long as the transactions correspond to the terms indicated on the sales page and/or payment form.
